Is Greynola International? | Global Access for Creators & Filmmakers
How Greynola serves creators and filmmakers around the world.
Yes — Greynola is available internationally. Creators and filmmakers from any country can join the platform, participate in missions, earn points and rewards, and receive payouts. The platform is designed from the ground up to serve a global community of film and TV content creators.
Global Creator Access
There are no geographic restrictions on creating a Greynola account. Whether you are based in the United States, the United Kingdom, India, Brazil, Nigeria, Japan, Germany, or anywhere else in the world, you can sign up, browse missions, submit content, and earn rewards.
The platform operates in English, and mission briefs are written in English. However, creators can produce content in any language. A Japanese film reviewer creating content in Japanese about a mission is just as eligible as an English-speaking reviewer. The scoring system evaluates the quality and creativity of the content regardless of the language it is produced in.
Film culture is inherently global, and Greynola reflects that. Missions cover films and TV projects from industries around the world — not just Hollywood. Independent films from South Korea, Bollywood productions, European art house cinema, Latin American genre films, and African filmmaking are all represented in the mission ecosystem.
International Payouts
Creator Share distributions and Prize Pool prizes are paid out internationally. The platform uses supported payment processors that operate in most countries worldwide, ensuring that creators everywhere can receive their earnings.
Payout methods may vary by region. Some countries have access to direct bank transfers, while others may use alternative payment platforms. The specific options available to you are displayed in your account's payout settings.
There is no additional fee or reduced payout for international creators. A creator in Lagos earning a $200 Creator Share distribution receives the same gross amount as a creator in Los Angeles earning a $200 distribution. Payment processing fees, if any, are standard across all regions.
Time Zones and Deadlines
Mission deadlines, when set, are displayed in your local time zone based on your browser settings. This ensures that creators in different time zones can accurately plan their submissions without confusion.
The monthly Creator Share calculation period runs on UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). Submissions at the end of a month — for example, April 30 — are counted based on when they were received in UTC. For most creators, this makes no practical difference, but it is worth knowing if you are submitting close to a month boundary.
New mission notifications are sent in real time, so you are alerted to new opportunities as soon as they go live regardless of your time zone. The platform does not batch notifications by region or delay them based on local time.
